| Omri Dotan |

Omri Dotan brings more than 24 years of thought leadership, technology, industry, and business experience in
enterprise software applications. Prior to joining Verdasys, Omri was the president and chief sales officer at Impress Software, a start-up developing
Middleware Integration Applications between SAP and best of breed enterprise applications. Prior to Impress, Omri spent 12 years in multiple roles at
Tecnomatix Technologies, a company providing IT solutions for manufacturing process design, optimization and execution control. During his tenure with
Tecnomatix, Omri served as president of Tecnomatix Internet Ventures, developing collaborative supply chain execution software; chief operations officer
of Tecnomatix Electronics Division, responsible for servicing the world's major electronics manufacturing companies; and, US VP of sales servicing the
aerospace, nuclear, and heavy industry verticals. Omri began at Tecnomatix as product marketing manager. Prior to Tecnomatix, Omri worked as an
industrial engineer for pharmaceutical and chemical companies.
Omri served as an officer and pilot in the Air Force, and received his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from the Tel-Aviv University, School
of Engineering.
