Stephen Gregorio is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Verdasys, Inc. In his role, Mr. Gregorio will be responsible for all the financial and administrative operations of the company. During his 20 years as a Chief Financial Officer he has successfully negotiated equity and debt venture capital funding, managed both ends of mergers and acquisitions and successfully ran publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Verdasys, Mr. Gregorio spent over 26 years in financial positions, including 20 years as the Chief Financial Officer at former companies including: Interwise (acquired by AT&T) Corporation, Excelergy Corporation, Vality Technology (acquired by Ascential Technology) and Gensym Corporation (GNSM). Mr. Gregorio began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors from Bentley College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
